What to do if the site is down on result day

Result servers receive very high traffic within minutes of publication. If you run into trouble:

CAPTCHA failures - refresh; the math CAPTCHA resets on each page load.
"Server busy" or timeout errors - wait 10–15 minutes and retry, or switch to the mirror site.
SMS as a fallback - the 16222 SMS system runs on separate infrastructure and is typically less congested.
Your institution - colleges receive result sheets directly, so your school/college office will have your result even if both websites are down.

Principals, teachers, or students who need the full result sheet for their institution can download it using the school's EIIN (Educational Institution Identification Number).
